The Rookie Club is ANA Group of Institutions' flagship pre-placement training program. Designed and run by the Training & Placement Cell, the Rookie Club prepares students from all programs for corporate recruitment through intensive, industry-aligned training sessions covering every aspect of the hiring process.
The Rookie Club runs throughout the final year (and partially in 2nd/3rd year for engineers and MBA students). It has been the single biggest contributor to ANA's reputation as the top placement college in Bareilly — with 500+ placements and packages reaching 16 LPA.
